We are working with a leading manufacturer who develop and produce bespoke electro/mechanical solutions to the Aerospace and Defense industry across the world. Design, testing and manufacturing takes place in-house and current customer demands has led to us now require a competent Project Manager to take the lead over a critical project through the remainder of 2017.
Under the supervision of the Managing Director and Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring this project is planned effectively and delivered under appropriate timescales.
Your primary function in this post will be to coordinate and manage the designated project through our life cycle to facilitate effective production. You'll need to communicate effectively across internal departments to enable the delivery of the production plan.
The plan requires modifications to our premises to accommodate the increase in staff. As a result you'll be involved in liaising with external companies to manage the changes by placing key milestones for completion.
We manufacture bespoke mechanical/electro solutions within our facility, and the plans delivery will lead to us continually improving our delivery, productivity and operational efficiency to the customer.

Fulfilling this contract position is critical to effective production planning and implementation which has a significant impact on profitability and our reputation for delivery and reliability.
Working hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00-16:45 and Friday 8:00-12:30
